Dai man ako gakontra dear "Sweet Bicolana", ning maski ano manungud sa pagka-CF member, o sa poll count na ini, ta bag-uhan pa sana man ngani' aku uya baga.

I believe, to be really able to understand the very roots and basis to be or how and what being a bonafide CF member is, some of which of its essentials must be: You are a native of the island (whether you reside therein physically or constructively), has the intentions to live back to the island sometime today or in the near future, and you have the heart for the goodwill of the island, to include its people, the very place, and its historical and legal foundations and basic underlying filipino customs and traditions, particularly being a Catandunganun.

Otherwise, dapat, it must be stated clearly in the by-laws of Catanduanes forum what are the exact criterias or qualifications in order for a desiring member-to-be be aware of those pre-membership requirements, if any, which in this case, CF is impliedly silent of this issue. Perhaps, one reason or another, CF is giving aspiring members the freewill to "feel" deeply first if he or she is really a genuine Catandunganun, by soul and by intentions.

Primarily he/she must be a sound-minded genuine Catanduanes-native-born citizen, if i should say.

I love the "peace and tranquil-loving people" of the Island Catanduanes.

Ini ang asa hlha-ug kang puso' ko bilang registered entry contributor, or shall we call it,.. miembro ning CF.

When we put up this site, we were guided by the a non-exclusive principle. The intent of this site is towards the development of the island. We believe that even a non-Catandunganon can help us. Exclusivity, therefore, will exclude every mind that can help towards that intent.

You will also see the same principle when you apply for membership. We do not screen "sound-mindedness" as "even the dull and ignorant, they too have stories to tell."

We err... but when we listen to sound admonition we learn. The wealth of information, thoughts and expression contained in this humble site was not contributed by the "sound-minded" Catandunganons alone. Lots of those come from people like me who is still struggling to be "sound-minded."

The by-laws are sketchy. Mainly because we want to accommodate more people.

This is about establishing a FORUM for the development of the island and its people, and NOT a FORUM of Cantandunganons alone.

There was no underlying agenda in the poll I created last summer. I simply thought it would be interesting to discover where Catandunganons were located - at Home or Away.

In your above post I wonder if I could ask you to offer a translation in English of your paragraph:
