Pandan Church

Pandan Church is one of the few vintage churches of our island province. The facade is and the surrounding walls walls varry from 3 meters thick to 1.24 meters thick. It is has all the characteristics of the churches built under the influence of the Spaniards; the bell frey, the choir loft, the magnificent walls, all of them show the beauty and durability of the workmanship of the time.

It is unfortunate that some of us seemed to have grown ashamed of the age of the church, they have decided to cover the original beautiful stone facade around with concrete plaster! What a shame!

On the other hand, the front facade has been preserved and that is beautiful. However, all efforts should be towards its preservation.
