We had an exotic visitor in the garden recently. I believe it is a canary, but will bow to the opinion of an experience ornithologist/twitcher. It has not been back. I wonder whether it is a pet, living locally and is let loose for exercise once in a while by its owner.
I am glad it is free; I hate to see birds caged.
