Solong is an absolutely MUST destination! That is, both for local as well as other tourists.

It is a lovely ribbon of fresh spring water northwest of the municipality of San Miguel. I like the leisurely walk from the town to the site. Although my wife insisted on getting our jeep right there.

You can reach San Miguel from virac via tricycle (local toktok around 45 minutes) or passenger jeep to San Miguel or taking the Viga-Payo-Bagamanoc buses and getting off right in San Miguel Town in around 20 minutes.

Have fun. I love this place.

Thanks Alvis for the picture.

I am glad that you consider our place as one of your favorite places. Our place is absolutely stunning endowed with its natural beauty.

With that, I just want to correct, if you would'nt mind the name of our place. It's SOLONG and not SULONG.

Thanks.

have many fond memories of solong. maganda talaga cia. kaso nga lang minsan may mga murky parts na...siguro dahil madami naliligo sa malalim na part using soap and shampoo...dapat pas sa river ka maliligo, dapat oil-based or natural products lang gamit mo. oh well.
