hi kawor, request mo sana to kaya ko pinag-post, dahil buko man tong relevant sa catanduanes. sado pa buko pang magayon dahil mga naka civilian clothes, ang aram ko naka filipiniana sila sa actual, anyway, para lang makakuha kita nin idea kng inano baga yan hitsura nin paga tugtog nin PPO.

PPO not relevant in Catanduanes?

I beg to disagree marc. Art is an important intrinsic value of humanity. Art in any form is important in the life of man! It is a human endeavor that drives him towards perfection and appreciation of what is beautiful. Take it away and man will stop to strive towards perfection!

Too, Art is an expression of the human soul! As in any culture, Catanduanes deserves it. In fact, we (with my friend Pablo Tariman, an impressario, a writer and the former vice president of the CCP) brought some important violinists, flutists, tenors, sopranos and pianists and even Lucresia Kasilag herself, in Catanduanes in a program we dubbed Catanduanes Arts Festival.

I appreciate your posting this here. Even the lowly Catandunganon in far-flung barangays deserve this illustrious PPO. One day, I dream of them playing in our province!
