Some members of the Catanduanes Rescue Team (CREST) Inc. frolic in the cool waters of the 2nd level of Hicming Falls in Brgy. Hicming, Virac. while another tries the zipline put up by the group when CREST made an ocular visit of the falls and evaluated the area in connection with the scheduled 1st Catanduanes Extreme Outdoor Adventure.
