nAkakagutom man yan na humba mo kawor. masilam yan na sumsuman. subukan kong magluto bukas. ang atong pag kaon ang na mimiss ko dito sa UK. pwedi kaya kitang agihan pag nag bakasyon ako..

My Recipe
Mix well each day:
1 part of Faith
1 of Patience
1 of Courage
1 of Work
Add one part each of:
Hope
Faithfulness
Generosity
Kindness
Blend with:
1 part Prayer,
1 part Meditation
Season the whole with:
a dash of Good Spirit,
a sprinkle of Fun,
a pinch of Play
a cupful of Good Humor.
Pour all of this into a Vessel Of Love. Then cook thoroughly over Joy, Garnish with Smiles, and serve with Cheerfulness.

HUMBA-Payo (Adobo talaga yan,mamahison lang po)
Ingredients * 1 kilo Pork (cut into chunk cubes)
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 1 1/4 cup white vinegar
* 1/2 teaspoon oregano
* 1 head garlic (minced)
* 1 1/4 tablespoon cracked black pepper
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 3/4 cup brown sugar
* 2 pieces laurel leaves
* 1 small can soybean paste
* 1 cup ground roasted nuts
* 1 tablespoon oil
Procedures # Brown pork in oil.
# In a casserole, put together pork, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper, sugar & laurel for 1- 2 hours.
# Cook and simmer until pork is tender adding a little water every once in a while.
# Add in soybean paste and ground nuts and cook until sauce thickens.
Maghurat-hurat ka nin dwgi tanganing mas masiram.
