What CF official Policy?

For Members
I promise...
that everything I write at Catanduanes Forum (CF) will be the truth and nothing but the truth;
that I will observe proper courtesy and decorum at all times not only to the members I personally know but more so to new members I do not personally know.

that all my posts are my original works. If I need to quote from other websites, blogs, books, films, comics and other sources, I will place the exact website or blog address or the title and year the material was published. Otherwise I will write the quote in my own words;

that I will use email, private message or the Whisper to send messages to particular members. I also understand that the Whisper is only for discussions with online and offline members.

that I will not post indecent pictures, graphics, articles, write ups, words, and phrases. I will also refrain from forwarding chain mails in this site.

I will post my comments, opinions, suggestions regarding comments and issues posted here and if I want to add forum topics and/or I have technical suggestions, I will send such to the Administrator.

that for any objection or negative comment I make regarding posts in this forum, I will offer a suggested solution. I will also refrain from/avoid petty quarrels with fellow members and with the administrator of this site. I understand that diplomacy is a better way of solving conflicts.

If there are members violating the rules of this site, I will call the attention of the administrator to let him deal with the member or members; and

that I will respect the decision of the Administrator on all violation matters. I understand that there will be consequences if I violate the agreements stated here.

For the Administrator
I promise...
that I will treat each CF member fairly and equally. I will respect each member as I respect myself.

Comment: (so respect pala bkit sa whisper bigla mo na lng pigtaplong si yellow bell dahil sa private life na kwentuhan) why you don’t try to send her PM at least walang makakabasa sa gusto mong sabihin sa kanya…...or kahit sino sa amin na online last night…

that I will ensure that I will send a warning message through email, private message or Whisper to members who will violate any of the agreements stated here. As a member of this site, I will also abide by the agreements stated here.

"Well, I agree that the publishing personal life here is not the mission of this site.

Most of us agree, at an abstract level, that no pornography and violence are objectionable. We are all opposed to private life, pornography, violence but do we all know exactly what privacy is? Then perhaps all the thousands of blogs that carry ads or yong nangangampanya should be banned as well. Not only are we, as blog readers, unqualified to judge what is and what is not objectionable, but blogger’s themselves need guidelines that specify exactly what sort of thing they can.

The blogger’s should be aware sa mga Topic na i-po-post para naman paniwalaan namin na ang private life is not mission on this site… Maraming nagkalat na mga topic d2 na mostly is private life naman... I just wondering bakit ngayon ka lng nag-re-react sir Dave????? especially sa whisper pa.... please try to use PM too kung meron kang ipaparating na warning.... Sorry to say this, nagpapakatotoo lng ako..
I am sure the average blogger is as opposed to censorship of ideas.

Honestly, I'm not enjoying anymore in CF.. ganda sana ng site........ salamat sa mga naging friends ko d2 sa CF, sa mga nakakakilala sa akin kayo na po ang bahalang magjudge kung sino ako. Basta masasabi ko lng be true to yourself, at bago kayo maghiling sa mur-it ning bloggers hilingon mo ngon-a or inalyze mo ang sarili mo.. salamat!

I request to Sir Dave to please officially announce the procedure of Whisper & Blogger's policy.
