tanael-vega in baras

hello everybody.

I was kind of searching the web for baras catanduanes the birthplace of my father and see what it is like out there. I always wanted to visit the place but have some apprehensions. First of all i dont know anybody, not even our relatives who still lives in this beautfiul island and for the fact i do not speak bicolano hehehe.

My father was born in baras and at an early age went to Manila with his brothers and sister. Since then he never came back and i know that in his heart he wants to see the place again. Nasa puso at ugali pa rin ng tatay ko ang pagiging isang bikolano.

I am now thinking of giving my father a surprise. A visit to his hometown and probably see our relatives and his long lost childhood friends. Maybe with this, mapapasaya ko ang tatay ko.

He is the son of Cipriano B. Tanael and Eduvigis B. Vega. Maybe somebody out there know these people and can help me trace back our roots and reunite our families even for just a moment.

I also wanted to create a geneology for the Tanaels in Catanduanes.

you have come to right place. CF is composed of catandunganons from all over the island and im sure you will be able to get the information you need. si tito dave and expert jan sa baras kaya you can turn to him for questions :) anyway, welcome to CF arrowhead!

Kindly find out from where your father is in Baras... Where was his last address... and let me do some researching!

To lighten your heart, there Tanael is an enormous family! They are everywhere in Baras just as Maria is everywhere in the Philippines. One known son of the Tanael Family is Hon. Edwin Tanael, an honored member of the provincial board, my close friend and neighbor way back... of course... way back ba talaga cai?

The Vegas are sort of confined to several places and most of them are in Nagbarorong.
