Miners Party

Yesterday afternoon I fetched a cousin at the airport and saw at least three helicopters (a private & two military helicopters) parked at the runway. when I made inquiry, an airport employee told me that they are from the "miners party".
The mining controversy in the province is in a lull. All we knew was that a mining permit is already awarded to an individual.
I am wary of what will happen next...
