Pictures with questionable source and Email Information

I have observed an influx of pictures with dubious sources and without proper credit. I have in fact seen some of them as mine taken during our Paseo sa Isla which I published in the internet.

May I kindly ask that they be duly credited or they be deleted if they are not your original pictures. We don't want costly lawsuits from infringement of rights.

Also I have already treated already the issue of not publishing here email junkies.

Please adhere to rules.

Pictures with questionable source and Email Information

Its right for the CF site administrators (web masters) to be careful about material appearing that may transgress the rights of others (copyright and intellectual).
There is plenty of material available on the internet that is free to use (ie the 'owners/creators' do not place any restrictions on its use. Such material could be placed on CF without fear of legal consequence. When using such material it is courteous to acknowledge the source (where known). An alternative to posting an article or image is to simply post a link (url) on which the reader can click and be taken to the item on a different site.

I am certain that I have been guilty of crossing the boundaries myself before now (it is so easy to grab a foto or an article from one place and paste it somewhere else), if not here then on other sites. Theft of copyright material and intellectual property is a serious business and CF needs to appear squeaky-clean on the subject. We should back the web masters on this and endeavour to use only material which we have a right to use or gained the permission of the owner from.

Mga artworks ko, mga trabaho ko, pasyal pix ko at family related ang iga post ko.If ever na may makita kamo na sa huna nindo bakong sakuya. Paki comment muna ang nakapansin, pero ako , I always make sure na sa mismong camera ko galing o kung hindi man may nilalagay ako na source.

If anybody finds anything copyrighted that I ever posted, I allow it to be deleted.

About pictures na ipi- nost ko at ipo-post ko pa sa pm na lang tayo mag usap. Kayo po ang higit na nakakaalam kung alin ang pwede at di pwede. Gusto ko lang ipakita sa lahat ang lugar natin. Me compilation po ako ng lahat ng lugar sa atin.

Pag gusto maraming paraan. Pag ayaw marami dahilan..

If you found na double at parehas ang post na pictures, kindly deleted na lng po.
NOte: Please take out all the posted pictures if you found that is yours....

As far as I know, all the pictures that I had posted here are from my own library taken during my vacations.

Let me know na lng po sa pm if you found na may kaparehas na kopya.
