election cheating in catanduanes

our country conduct the first automated election.and our province of catanduanes practice the said computerized election that can lessen the waiting time in the proclamation of winning candidates. and also to minimize cheating or "dagdag -bawas" but at this time in our beloved province the same issue of cheating happened again. Mr.Cesar Vergara Sarmiento proclaimed as the winner for the position of being a congressman of catanduanes. he is proclaimed Atty. Maria Auria Bo-bonao without honoring the protest of Atty.Joson . and according to our knowledge before proclaiming any candidates in election protest should be always be heard first the protest of Atty.Joson said to be that the election here in catanduanes especially for the position of congressman had a discrepancies. because the ER that is produced by the pcos and the result being transmitted to the PBOC are not tally according to the result of ER Mrs. Araceli Bernardino Wong is the winner. the discrepancy is said to happened because of the delaying tactics of the comelec and also the machine that are being used. that is how the game of politics.happened here in our province of catanduanes.

ELECTION CHEATING ON CATANDUANES

Readers have expressed difficulty in understanding the original post, so I have offer the following interpretation:

“Our country conducted its first electronic election. The system was hoped to speed up the counting of votes and proclamation of candidates and also to minimise cheating or “dagdag-bawas”. But in our beloved province cheating has happened again.
Mr Cesar Vergara Sarmiento was proclaimed winner for congressman of Catanduanes he is proclaimed Atty. Maria Auria Bo-bonao without honoring. despite a protest by Atty. Joson. I understand that before a proclamation is made, any protest should first be heard. It was suggested that the results produced by the PCOS and those transmitted to PBOS do not tally. It is claimed that Mrs Araceli Bernadino Wong is the winner.
The discrepancy is said to have happened because of delaying tactics of the COMELEC and because of the machines being used. That is how the game of politics happens here in our province of Catanduanes.”

sado na naman na malinaw na pruweba kun tayon ta dapat ma upgrade ang subject na grammar and composition sugna sa kindergarten level.

Sino kayang dipungaran na english teacher inagihan ninto?

yan atong nacion nag conducta nin "first automated election. buda yan atong probinsia nin catanduanes nag participar man sa nasabing computerized election na maka bawas sa oras nganing ma proclama yan mga nangganang candidato. buda man nganing mabawasan yan pagdaya o "dagdag-bawas" pero sa oras na too sa atong namomotan na probinsia nangyari nangman yan parehong issue in pandaya. Si Mr. Cesar Vergara Sarmiento inag proclamang guminana sa posision bilang congressman nin catanduanes. pinag proclama siang Atty. Maria Auria Bo-bonao (pinagpalitan yan ngaran nin Cesar? sa babaye na yan ngaran nin ASEC?? tayon?! bweno ipadagos ko tabi) na mai pinag ondra yan protesta ni Atty. Joson. buda sa naaraman ta bago i-proclama yan sino man na candidato yan protesta dapat priming dodonggon ngona yan protesta ni Atty. kung arug ninyan pay dave... mii pwede yan. kuninyan dapat nagpatukar nin kiyang ngaran yang si cesar sarmiento sa bo-bongao bago pa mag-eleksyon. ikan man talaga rason ta kun si atty. sarmiento yang nanggana tapos ninto pag-proklama atty. bo-bongao na, malibong man yan sa mga konstituwente. dapat ngani sa kiya i-disqualification. baga buko yan tama sa leye.
