Looks like I'm going to have a White Christmas, if it doesn't melt in a few days.

I have a passion for flipping houses (renovating, decorating). This is my aunt's house in Virac. My cousins have no interest in living in Virac anymore. The house was falling apart so I gutted the inside of the whole house and put concrete floors and walls, put in new roofs, and added
in more square footage to it. I changed the whole look of the outside too by putting new windows in the whole house. Now I don't know what to do with it. I don't want to live there. Most of my cousins live abroad as well.
