Hi Fellow Catanduanes,

First day, I notice that all roads are not equally covered with cement.

My first impressions was perhaps the cemented roads are for the people who vote for the current mayor of the city, and the roads without cements who opposed the current winners.

I'm on the way to the beach (i dont need to mention the particular beach)
