i read in the PDI that the MOREI has already backed out their plan of mining in Catanduanes because of the all out support of the people of Catanduanes most especially the Catholic Church, the government leaders under the leadership of COng. Santiago and Gov. Cua, the different organizations who fought against mining, mga SANO, and many others. indeed, the voice of the people is the voice of God.
