We use Tri-Ex Engineering to supply our cable tv service on Catanduanes. It costs Php250 a month. We have been without HBO channel for about a week. Its not the first time this channel has 'dropped out' for days at a time. Happily it was restored yesterday (Friday).
This morning The BBC World News channel has disappeared. What we do have is two Australia Network channels on #22 and #40.
How to complain? We have their calendar, but it has neither telephone number nor address. Once a month a collector visits the house and takes our subscription in exchange for a receipt. There is a telephone number on this piece of paper (052 811 01 34) but it does not work!!

I was out all day, so it was such a delight when I returned home to discover that Tri-Ex had got their wires uncrossed and restored the BBC World News channel.
Thank you Tri-Ex.
Now, if FICELCO would restore the power I would be able to watch my tv.
