Spot The Difference?

Now, this is something we seldom see everyday. That's why when I saw this in my recent visit to Puerto Princesa in Palawan, I knew I had to take a picture...if only to convince myself that this is real and was not only a product of my imagination. People in Puerto Princesa are used to seeing this, how I envy them.

I have mixed feelings after contemplating on this...
I would be very happy and yet sooooo sad knowing that projects like this would become a milking cow of politicians!

How much million again was that very small guard house at the capitol grounds courtesy of verceles?? did I hear it was close to a million??? and it probably was just 1 x 1 meters... ?

Yeah, Cai.... but...

Kailan kaya tayo makakalaya sa mga politikong ito?

hay naku, tito dave. hindi talaga tayo makakawala sa mga pulitikong yan. unfortunately, they are a necessary evil...they help distinguish the PUBLIC OFFICIAL from the POLITICIAN. sabi nga ni joey ayala sa kantang Magkabilaan..."kapag nawala ang isa ang isa'y di mababatid."
