There is a crisis in the quantity of Leaders. There are simply enough of them. The Old Testament's wisest man warned: "When there is no Vision the people Perish" (Prov.29:18).Today's leadership also suppers from a crisis of quality. Some leadership failures are moral. Others are mental and motivational. < A LEADER MUST HAVE A VISION > --It's more than looking It's seeing.-- For the leader, Vision involves two things. He must be able to see what God can do and what God wants to do. 1. A leader Must have a Vision 2. A leader must have a Plan 3. A leader must Implement His Plan 4. A leader must be Willing to Work 5. A leader must Expect Opposition 6. A leader must have Courage to Compront 7. A leader must have Integrity..." Human history is a record of mass accomplishment under leadership ". In other words, good things happen when we have good leaders. We all want to be succesfull, who you think among them for 2010 election. (Eddie Villanueva or Bayani Fernando.?
