Problem with NEW PASSWORD

Dear Cf admin:

hi..

I once mistaken of logging in.

so i requested new password.

then, i followed the usual rules.

now, i just cant use my new password
or it doesnt work at all..

so i have to always go to 'new password?'
again to log in..

why is this like this?

Kindly advice..
