Congratulations to the re-elected President of SSC Catanduanes Colleges Mr. Vincent Tacorda.

Good Luck Batch for this second time na binigay sayo ng mga batchmates or schoolmates natin diyan sa CC. Just like you, I am also a proud CCean High School Batch 2004. May you continue to stay humble at all times. Thanks for the activities before, during your first term that made CC on top of other schools in the island. This year, i look forward to (as expected) more activities for the CC people, not only for the benefit of the school but for the other schools in the island also.

Surely, there will be more hiking, tree planting, blood letting activities, shows, competitions, inter-school contests and even battle of the bands especially for this coming Catandungan Festival.

I look forward to go back to the island for the festival, and i am excited to know what your acitivities for october are.

Thanks Vince for being a good leader, thanks for being a good bacthmate, and thanks for being an all-time bestfriend.
