Prayer for Our Country

Almighty God, bless our nation
and make it true to the ideas of freedom & justice
and brotherhood for all who make it great.
Make us more deeply aware of our heritage realizing not only our rights
but also our duties and responsibilities as a citizen.

Be close to our president and our nation's leaders, give them vision and courage,
as they ponder decisions affecting peace,destruction causes by calamities.
make this great land and all its people know clearly your will, that they may fulfill the destiny ordained for us in the salvation of the nations, and restoring of all things in
Jesus Christ

Government Help?

The onslaught of typhoon ondoy showed our inutile government in responding to this natural calamity inspite of the condition of our country being victim of typhoon every year. The graphic scenes watched by us amidst the cry and plea for help and rescue made us bitter and abhor this government. Excercise in futility the efforts of the people as they tried to save themselves as when the much needed equipment for seaborne and airborne rescue are nowhere when it is needed crucially. Why our government have not enough logistics for these kind of rescue? Amphibious crafts and airborne crafts why only a handful of rubberized boats? This government still have the temerity for a photo shoot ordering the mayor of Marikina to pull resources for its residents rescue when the truth is they don't have the resources of amphibious vehicles and helicopters for waterborne and airborne rescue. Save for this tragic calamity and let this government answer for thier inulity and inaction. We need a government who's thrust is to be prepared in all contingencies either natural and man-manmade. Let us flood them and wash them out for their corruption and priorities of misspending for our much needed rescue equipments for travels and luxurios buffets. LET US OUST ARROYOS ADMINISTRATION THIS COMING ELECTION!!! LET US HAVE A FLEET OF AMPHIBIOUS VEHICLES AND HELICOPTERS FOR RESCUE!!!l LET US HAVE A WORKING FLOOD CONTROL SYSTEMS!!! LET US HAVE A GOOD WORKING GOVERNMENT!!!
